A lot of great points, I think the majority of the server would agree with 80%+ of what you said/listed. Obviously different people have different experiences with the mentioned staff members, but I still agree with you on most of the points you made. Overall, great post.

I don't think the damage cap is the issue, I think the accuracy and how fucking consistently it hits like that through prayer AND divine is the issue. I get hit with 20s and 30s consistently while having 200+ range def, divine and prayer by people in dhide and slayer helm

I second this. If not have the attack speed returned, then at least increase the damage cap. The weapons are as expensive & rare as they are for a reason. And the prior notion that the weapon is 'op' is easily debatable. The only way that I can get enough accuracy in order to deal consistent damage is when I have Justiciar top, bottom, magma, avernic defender, infernal cape w/ primal boots and gloves on, and even then it is easy to venge combo me out. When I use gear such as vesta or cursed obsidian, it is rare and unlikely for me to actually get enough consistent hits to kill some1. In my opinion it was already only slightly better than a frost tentacle whip. as of now, I definitely use a frost or lava tentacle when edge pking instead of skotizo mace, which has further limited how often this mace is useful. gf my tier farming with mace 😢 but overall pretty sweet update! pleassseeee add some more benefits to the new rank, i really dont see much use of it for most of the people that are sponsors already. most of us already use vigour (i) or grand ring (i) too so the cape's vigour's affect is meh. besides in pvp but it only matches the sponsor cape's stats. However, i do understand that more updates for the rank are to come. Thank you for the content =p

Thank you Ryen, but i can assure you that it is capped at around 36 dmg in pvm, the special attack however, seems to work fine.
