Yep, that's what I meant when I started the poll. PJing a fight once, or even rushing, would be within the hypothetical new rules, but repeatedly attacking the same player/interrupting their fights/rushing the same guy over and over etc. would not be within the hypothetical new rules. -

Erm - are you sure the dlong and 3rd age long have been 'rebalanced'? In my (pretty good gear) I am maxing a 60 with dlong spec (on dummies) and 44s with the 3a longsword. Any idea what the issue with this is? Other than that, nice update. Thanks -
The blood crossbow and dark bow both don’t have damage caps for their regular hits (to my knowledge). Youre right in that the dark bow’s spec shouldn’t be increased by 10% though, that would be deadly

These aren't game breaking bugs, but would be great to fix as and when as a 'Quality of Life' type of fix. - The salamaders don't work as intended - there is only a melee option. - Event RPG has the wrong attack styles - there should be a 'kick' option. - Staffs don't seem to melee properly. I have a sneaking suspicion that they scale off your magic bonuses even whilst using the staff as a melee weapon. It would be great to see this fixed as I can think of ways it could be abused. - There are a number of things that really shouldn't be spawnable that are. I'm hesitant to reveal these on a public forum but feel free to pm me for full details. A few people seem to have abused this but I haven't seen it in a while. - BGS hits more than AGS. This should definitely be fixed, as BGS (in decent gear) is honestly more OP than even a barrelchest maul. - There is no Zammy hasta in the game - this would be a nice addition. - There is no enchantment option for event hunter gloves - shouldn't there be? - When equipping any battleaxe or mace, you cannot see the attack styles description (anchor and dbaxe prime examples) - crystal halberd switches attack styles when equipping and unequipping. This is a weird one. One of the styles is labelled 'stabbed' and not 'stab' too - The client's hit predictor system cannot keep up with shortbow speed when lagging, and cannot keep up with knives under normal operation. this is mainly annoying for pures - blood slayer bow isn't correctly affected by elderblood ring, and nor is blood dark bow. This would be a good fix for those who have spent 1t on the elderblood ring. Thanks for reading this far. I know most of these are super petty, but they are mainly meant for a QOL update. It would just make the server feel more polished overall. In my opinion I think this is what the server needs going forward. I think the staff team and the community have given many brilliant ideas, and so many have been implemented. But the cost of this is that we have so much content but not all of it is correct. I think these little issues can build up and give the impression of an 'unfinished' server to many new players, which may put them off experiencing some of the unique content the server has to offer. Another issue is with dragon hasta (and spawnable hastas) not having a crush attack option. This would make d hasta more viable for edge pking against high def armours

I wouldn’t mind the repair fees as long as the OP ethereal weapons also had high repair fees associated with them. I doubt this will happen though. Those with ethereal items are generally powerful enough within the community to prevent suggestions being implement that would hinder them, despite benefitting new players and the economy overall. What a shame.

Nice to see both @420sad and @Parasalin contributing here and bouncing ideas off each other - really good to see a positive, non-flaming bit of the community. I hope that this gets implemented and you make more great suggestions in the future. Thanks guys. -
Also agree - the repair costs can’t be equal (or nearly equal) to a set of Statius (a far better armour)

I really like this suggestion. I personally haven't used my cursed obsidian in such a long time and have opted for using basically any other armour set (I nearly prefer torags to be honest). It is now an expensive armour set to use, and any additional functionality, especially turning cursed obsidian into a one trick pony 'powerful in one element, but weak against slash' type of armour would make it fun for use with obsidian weapons. I would also love to see a greater variety of pking combos being used in the wild so +1 to any obsidian weapons being made viable =] -
Bump. i would love to try to ok with the event rpg, black salamander, and some obscure staffs. also, could the ham joint be introduced to the game?

I voted no because insider trading should be prevented. However, on this occasion it seems Bowflexxx hasn’t done anything wrong and we should give him the benefit of the doubt. He seemingly bought these items only after the update.

If you can out eat it, then surely it's not working as intended? The description of the perk is to have a '5% chance to guarantee a killing blow to an enemy below 33% health'

I've used it. I'm sure lots of you have used it. It's absolutely broken. No item in the game should be able to 1 tick over a players full HP in PVP scenarios. I don't mind the special being 'attack a tick faster' but the way it's implemented means that you get a second hit straight away (much like a gmaul), whereas what should happen is the next hit come in one tick quicker than it would do when not under special attack, rather than one tick away from the last hit.

Because of its insane accuracy (as well as its maximum hit which is approx 70 rather than Gmaul's 45?50?)

In addition, I've noticed chaotic maul is super inaccurate. I've tested it on the dummies, and the max hits aren't consistent? It's as if they show a random hit. Really strange, I've not seen this bug with any other weapon.

Tbf a cosmetic like that is simply worth whatever anyone is willing to pay for it. If it’s in the TP there should be some history of previous trades so anyone can check whether they’re really being manipulated.

I totally agree - ragging would be better off everywhere but edgeville (newer players whose first introduction to the server is ragging are probably put off).

I’d say keep the max hits as they are on osrs but just decrease the accuracy (perhaps of range in general - zbow can tear through anything too). dbow has always been the highest hitting spec wep, and I think it should remain that way, but I agree that a full melee armour switch into a dbow shouldn’t be possible

I must counter that I don’t think you can consider tagging a PK (Player-Killing) style because the aim of tagging/NS is to waste time and NOT to get a kill in the wilderness. The main aim (this is the phrase raggers often use) is to ensure that the player ‘won’t pk again’. Therefore, even the ragger is admitting here that ragging is not a PK style.

My suggestion is to implement a granite mace (or) to the game. The aim of this is to make the granite mace non-dead content - at the moment I have not seen anyone other than myself PK with it. It's too ineffective for any sort of pking other than pure pking, where actually the granite maul is a harder hitting variant. At the moment we have granite maul and the (or) equivalent, it would be great to have the same with the mace. In the event of this being the case, either make granite mace spawnable and the (or) version purchasable in the blood shard store for (say) 500 blood shards - or perhaps purchasable in the blood diamond store. What do yo guys think?
