Sucks, but here is a solution for it. 1) So your pet is stuck behind the wall like so. 2) Type ::Claimpet for it to be added to your inventory 3) Press the 'Bank all items' icon to bank your pet from your inventory

I wouldn't suggest doing this due to the fact it's not a game mechanic, it's more of a bug.
