help why is the update taking so long im very confused please can anyone let me know whats going on guys!@@!@@!@!!@@! thank you!:)

I was off server for a little bit but when I tried to log back in it said server update. So I decided to go eat lunch and shower and come back. As I came to log back in it said the server was still being updated and said please wait one minute. And I have been waiting for more an an hour. Is anyone else having this issue not being able to log in?...…….. please get back to me asap. thank you.
