I quickly skimmed through this, and as a player that has not done a single raid, i now know i have a detailed reference for help if i truly need it. I appreciate the effort put into this. +1

My opinion on all of these points: ::ticket would be awesome to get players the help they needed, but i don't see it being any different than ::forums and posting under the "help" section Account pins and recovery are WAY TOO LENGTHY - I don't know why we don't use email recovery, but can only assume for security reasons (hackers,etc) To fix this we could also allow select staff members the ability to do pin resets/pass resets OSGP Donations +1 - Seems we are limited on staff members that have the "power" to do these. Maybe allow more members to do so, as well as you stated - Have a live feed of people wanting to donate Adding helpers - BIG +1. Everyone on the staff team starts somewhere... If the lack of staff is that big of a problem(guess this is for Ryan to decide), getting more would be ideal I, and i'm sure the rest of the team are guilty of the "not working" idea. Sometimes you just want to PK uninterrupted, or just not worry about being bothered. I think this also comes down to the ratio of staff to players... At any given time its likely 1 staff member to 150 players

First and foremost, Goobymunch does and has done plenty to deserve his position. If you feel like you were wrongfully banned, please type up an appeal in the appeal an offense section so it can be properly dealt with. If you have any sort of proof that it was your friend that farmed, it would be ideal to add that to your appeal. Locking this thread as it should be posted under appeal an offense. Claim achievement while on island, get goodiebag, loot, profit? Claiming achievements should be removed from the island. Ruins the integrity of the minigame.

As for the poll... I did vote "no" because i also agree that IF staff members were given information regarding updates and used it to their advantage that would be extremely unfair. If you do have feelings that staff is "abusing" powers in this sense feel free to report it, and im sure that if they are "abusing" they will be reprimanded.

I suppose i should refrain from buying anything in the trading post on/around updates because ABOOSE. As stated above, Ryan made a public announcement (in game by the way, fair play to all that were playing) and as he made the announcement i typed the corresponding ::topic and bought out what i saw had potential for profit. Coincidentally, this update there was a typo and i bought out all spec pets, and not prayer spirit pets resulting in me potentially overpaying for things i didn't need. Also stated above, i buy just about everything that has potential to merch. Most of these things are the result of weeks, if not months of me purchasing certain items in game. On the topic of pets... Take a look. You and i both know i cant just buy this amount THE DAY OF UPDATE RELEASE. I simply preemptively prepare for these things, and on day of update i refresh forums page every few mins to get a jump on timing for when Ryan will announce the update.

According to the log check ticket that i am reading right now, you did in fact drop it. My assumption is you must have shift dropped it? Im not sure. Regardless, the issue should be fixed.

I love the idea of buffing slayer to make it a better option for low-mid tier moneymaking. I think your idea is on the right track... What about NEW items in the slayer store? I can't quite think of anything fitting just yet, but this could be exciting!

+1 to both suggestions. Would be neat to see more functional bolt (e) effects, as well as the full array of obsidian weapons!

I agree. Not only for amulet of damned (t) but for many more of the items in the game. Would be awesome to have a database or wiki of some sort that had information for most (if not all) items. I think the same should apply to drop rates on things that people open. Mystery chest for example, i'd love to see what ALL of the potential loot is, and what chances.

I like the idea of making more enticing rewards for the "harder" tasks. Weekly tasks/challenges, and a rotating task could add something new to do, as well as (hopefully) decent moneymaking!
