I donated $10.00 to the server around 2 - 3 days ago and have been charged on my card and the payment says pending, I check in everyday using the command ::Claim and ::Redeem but I get nothing, no bond or anything. If a staff member can please help me with this and get me my rank or at least refund my purchase that would be great. My IGN ; Tyrin Have a good day.
