Donated yesterday on the account "theofficial", proceeded to not be able to claim the donation. Was told a ticket was submitted, although i know ramzi looks at them daily and mine has not been reviewed yet. was a 10$ donation, i have the order id if someone requires it. I work 10 hour days, and would love to have some cash ingame to play with. This is the 3rd time ive had trouble with a donation, and im really considering not spending any more money here.

Micro, I delete them so my girlfriend has no proof I spent cash on rsps. I'm sure they can find a way to sort it out, could you tag staff?

Hello, recently donated 20$. I then proceeded to delete the email with the order ID since donations usually are redeemable instantly. I used the user "theofficial", i placed the order between 5:05PM-5:35PM EST May 10th 2017, and i also used an email i have access too.when trying to redeem, it said i have no items to redeem. i waited one hour and then I was told by Goobymunch, that since i lost the order ID im basically SOL. I think there must be a way to get my donation to my account, because if not then my 28.63$ Canadian is in someones pocket when i didn't recieve any services for my funds.

Why you should receive the position: As some of you may know, i am involved with ryan/nate/ramzi's economy server Runex in a server support role. On a daily basis i work with account recoveries, appeals, reports, ingame disputes and of course, helping people like yourselves. While the player base rises, so does the need for more support personnel and i feel that i could bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Spawn PK, the same as i do with Runex. I feel that as a person i am fair, i always give people the oppurtunity to voice their opinion. I am kind, i am always willing to help no matter what i may be doing at the time.
