hey, thank you for for following the process to get your pass or pin reset, now all you have to do is contact us ingame, we cant verify ownership on the forums, you must contact us ingame!, ::staff ingame, if were not on, log off and check again in about an hour, certainly some of us are on, we may also be ingame with private off working on other projects ingame, so using an alt and ::yell(ing) may help you contact us, closed, locked, nothing more can be done here, until were contacted ingame.

I would follow the tips above, but a chargeback ban is usually set in stone, unless you pay the amount back, that also depends on the price, anything 500$ and below could be paid back via osrs gp only, anything over that the owners do not want the player to come back and will not accept a pay back, the ban is permanent.

A refund has to be authorized by the person they are refunding, your bank and or paypal will NEVER try to refund you without your permission.
