hey axyy! i have had this problem to, here is how i fixed it maybe it will work for you. Turn off your internet completely and load the client, it should say updating please wait, let it do that for 1-2 minutes then plug your internet back in close the ''updating please wait'' window, and reload the client i hope this works! if not let me know and ill look even deeper into the problem and try to find you a solution

Have you tried updating java? also when you download zip file, click the very first file it should say run me, click on that before you actually try to connect to the client! and also make sure you extract the files before you try loading the client as well! both are pretty important things to do that can stop your client from loading correctly

hey strataborn! You should be able to send a request to the email you used for the account, once you type the password in wrong it should say ''forgot your password click here'' and they can send the password to your email address. Did they change your email to or just in game password?

Lightshot is a great way to have protection against scammers.

hey keeganjasper! Try once more to reset. If this does not work since your still very new and have not made ''alot'' of progress yet and my apoligies if you have made alot of progress already, try to make another account and see if the problem still exists with this newly created account. Another thing you can try is to use a different email provider, like if you are using gmail try to make an account using yahoo email instead of gmail (the one your currently using). if all these fail i promise i will look into this alot more to see if i can find you a solution!

Short guide about how not to get scammed! 1.The best way to not get scammed is as you might imagine dont loan items and double check the trade everytime you click accept, you don't have to click accept fast, make sure they are not changing there part of the trade! 2.Download lightshot or anything that lets you take screenshots, This is extremely good to have and by far in my ''opinion'' the best way to to give yourself some extra protection against scammers without the use of staff (screenshots), This works at its best if your loaning items to another player. Since i have gotten scammed more times than i can count, I am using Lightshot and having the person say (i am barrowing this item (item name) from Ericdylan99, for (however long you agree), and under no circumstances should have this item longer than 24 hours, If i do ''i am scamming Ericdylan 99 for the item he loaned me'' and then screen shot them saying those words so there is no possible way they can appeal to scamming if they are not loyal to you and take your item anyway and you report them. It will obviously help your chances if you have proof of the loan and the other player akwnoledges that the item is being ''loaned'' to them not kept or traded for any items. 3. Get a mod or staff member involved, this is another sure fire way to make sure you dont get scammed. You can call a mod to your location to assist you in loaning a item. They will assist! however make sure you agree to the loan before getting a staff member, If they teleport to you and the guy does not want to trade in the first place they wont be very happy! 4. Only loan to people you know (or get to know them more first)! As you might imagine when you loan items there not always going to be people you know in real life (common sense) but when someone asks you to loan them anything, talk to them a little bit first, Believe it or not some people who plan on scamming you will start to get frustrated or upset your taking so long to loan them the item. THE END!

First Ever Money making guide(that i have made)-Lets get started! alot of things to talk about, in this guide we will be talking about skilling (thieving) and pvming and a very little bit of pking to make money! 1.Thieving- Lets start with thieving, In my opinion i believe all ''new'' players should start with thieving, I am very aware It can be very boring but its better than walking around edgeville and begging people for money which eventually will annoy the other players (A bonus is if people see you thieving and making a effort to get money on your own the more ''likely'' one of them will help you with some change. There is really only 1 way to do thieving Legally which is the stalls next to the bank home teleport. You may know at the very start you will get little money and of course the higher the level the better the money! If you can just get over the boring part once you hit 99 thieving you can start getting 850k every time you click your mouse/keypad. That is pretty amazing if you ask me, when i do thieving i can get up to 1.2b every hour, now this will not be the same for everyone due to the anti click security measure (You will be randomly teleported) away from the stalls and will need to go back to the stalls, Now you can look at this teleport in a bad way or you can see the ''brighter'' side of this teleport and what i mean by that is while thieving you click the same spot over and over, with the random teleport you have to move your mouse a little bit and it stops you from just clicking the same spot, this also gives you the opportunity to just stop at your bank and deposit everything again (this will help with the same spot boring clicking). Another reason to do thieving is the daily challenge! You need to steal 150 times to get the reward and this reward varies no matter what you will get coins and bloodmoney, But you also get a mystery box, the most common for me is the mystery point box, But i have also recieved a donor mystery box. You also have the chance to get vote points (10) or blood shards! ( This is really the only skill i am aware of that can get you descent money). Monsters/Bossing! 1.The king Black Dragon-This boss does drop Armadyl Godsword and Dragon Claws along with the king black dragon pet! However i really would only reccommend this boss if there is a boss that your just so bored with its insane, Also if you get him as a slayer task. And maybe if your just new and want to try a boss thats not to difficult (while having the chance to get your first dragon claws or armadyl godsword (not the one you start with). For gear-I would just go with whatever style you like best, i personally use melee or range. For melee gear i use full vesta, black slayer helm (more damage) amulet of torture, bounty cape and ring of vigour so i can spec more and kill faster if im in a rush for some reason. If your new and love melee or you just cant afford any armor like vesta then you could spawn full veracs or verac skirt and fighter torso for the top, Use berserker ring (i) or just the regular Berseker Ring and maybe even the regular warrior ring, amulet of fury, dragon boots, barrrows gloves, spawn abyssal whips or you can buy a cheap tentacle whip which is better than the regular abyssal whip, and then buy the cheap TokHaar-kal cape. Bandos armor is pretty cheap to so you can use that instead of verac if you can afford it. Its very important you bring anti-dragonfire shield or spawn some antifire potions! If you dont you will not last very long at all, Unless he just doesnt use dragonfire (hes obviously a dragon and will use dragonfire at some point during the fight). Gear for range-I use full morrigans if you cant afford that then you can just spawn karils armor which is descent if your a new player. The weapon of choice here would probally be the toxic blowpipe, if you use this weapon you will need to drink antifire potions as its a 2h weapon so you cant equip it with a shield. For necklace i use anguish (not cheap) if you cant buy that at the moment then you can just use amulet of fury, pegasin boots, if you cant afford that you can just spawn ranging boots (thats what i did when i first started). Prayer- well this i believe is different based on gear but usually i pray melee since thats what i do most of the time and he seems to hit pretty good even in full primal (not primal helm). If you want to stay longer, you may want to invest in some antivenom potions, he will posion you, at the store (coin store) in edgeville by the score board directly in front of the repair dwarf you can buy them for 10m each, you get 4 drinks and 3 minutes each drink. 2. Undead Pkers-These things are really descent for making money! They can drop Undead Pker Pets, Coins, Capes,goodie bags, bandos armor and more but the others are not exactly good for getting you money. They also have a daily task and that is you need to kill 50, like the others you can get coins, Bloodmoney, Point Boxes ect. Here use any gear you want, they do have a good amount of health so ranging with the Toxic Blowpipe ''might'' be the best way to go, I know this is a tutorial to make money so if you cant get the toxic blowpipe i would just use the armor set up for king black dragon. But i use the same armor (vesta and primal rap/whip for every boss! (accept Zulrah and Kraken you cant melee them). You have to pray melee if you do not have protect from melee on you will get obliterated faster than the dragon with no shield or antifire. Dont forget to pot up! super attack, super strength, super restore (for your prayer), super defense, now these are not needed! You can kill without them but it will help your kills go a little faster if you use the potions, and the restore potion will also allow you to stay longer as it will restore your prayer points! [/color] 3. Revenants- Is a very good place to make money, The only downside to revenants is where they are located that said Sadly its in the wilderness and it is a multipk area(if your a super donor then you can kill revs safely at ::Dzone). What does this means If a clan is there your not going to like this part of the guide. also but I have noticed very early people are not always there allowing you to get kills, if you wear the eternal glory necklace you can teleport the moment you see someone, but they can also teleblock you making alien and eternal glory worthless. If you die you WILL lose items but if you go with 3 good items and you don't skull(you get this by attacking another player) you will be able to keep the 3 of your most expensive items! If you don't have either of these then there is a safe portal but you will have to run to it and people love ice barraging, if they do this you wont be able to move at all for a few seconds, but normally once you start to move they will just barrage you again until your dead or until you reach that portal. Despite all that if you do grind it out you have a high chance to get the extreme drop which is "Prize key", The Prize key sells easily for 6b, but you could probally get 7b (prices do change)! Imagine killing them for hours and get multiple drops! It wouldnt make you ''rich'' but you will be alot more proud of how your bank looks, They also have nice drop rates, and Drops. They often drop the PVP mystery Box, which can sell for 1b but rescently its been going for about 500-600m. For the equipment I highly recommend using RANGE gear to kill them,For example using 3age bow/Blow pipe with Karils or morrigans. Could easily kill them quickly without taking Damage. What you need to pray when killing them? Use any type of spell book, and choose overhead Melee pray. Some people do use soulsplit but if you want to take no damage at all pray melee, now there a few types of revenants. Ork,dragon,knight. But The dragon revenant is the best to kill i believe, Because it has a higher chance to get drops, And also drop 2-7M each kill. All revenants can drop pvp boxes and prize key, but the most common would be the dragon for sure and then comes the Ork revenants 4. Merching- Now this is a good way to make money to, but the thing is it takes money to make money! Example for this would be to do what i did a few days ago, I bought the genie pet for 10b but i was able to sell it for 11b (the guy was desperate). So i made 1b, another downside would be time, things like this take time, if you a mini me pet for 18b and put it for sell in the Trading Post for 19b-20b its not going to sell right away, it could sell right away or you may have to wait until that 1 desperate person sees your sale and says screw it i really want this mini me then he will buy it and you make 1-2b profit. I'm not a mercher exactly so i cant tell you what items to buy and sell, But i believe buying really good items is the best way to do this. You wont be able to merch every item you see in the tp (trading post). But things like korasi and donor boxes and some really good pets like the yoshi this should be perfect for merching in my opinion (some of the items in my list are very rare to get extremely cheap). 5. Dharoks- This can be a descent way to make money, its not as good as revs but everytime i do barrows i usually get some piece of dharoks armor. Another reason to really do this is it's also a daily task, to get the rewards you need to open the chest 10 times. You will need a shovel and use it on each hill. You have to kill all the barrows brothers to reach the chest. You can use anything i say this because at the moment there defense is insane, even wearing the best items there is a good chance you will hit a few 0's. What to pray, now this varies fo each one. If you fight dharok pray protect melee, if you fight torag pray protect melee, if you fight verac pray protect from melee, if you fight karil pray protect range, if you fight ahrims pray protect magic. It can be important to pray as they can hit pretty high even in full primal, im sure there is better armor than primal however i have not been able to get my hands on it so i dont know how they hit in that armor. 6. Brutal dragons- These monsters are also pretty good money, especially if your wanting to buy some blood perks as every one you kill it will drop 1 blood money no matter what along with coins, they also have the potential to drop donor mystery boxes, armadyl godswords, dragon claws, and rune pouches. There is a tiny downside and that is once again they are in the wildy, it is a single place but you can still be attacked by 1 player. The good thing is there found in less than level 20 wilderness so you can just teleport without eternal glory necklace or alien pet. For prayer you want to only protect from melee. and Gear, this is the wilderness so i would use the same spawnable stuff that you would use at king black dragon, I would not bring your expensive items, the same thing goes here using 3 items that are good should be fine just dont skull on accident, a bonus tip is the dragons are in a close area right by the teleport so you can easily see if someone shows up and just teleport to get out of there, I would mostly keep an eye out for the magers in good gear, there the ones that will usually attack you and teleblock you, also there prayer will help you as well, if they are there to kill dragons they wont have soulsplit on usually, so use this also to help identify friend from foe. I have never been attacked by a person using melee gear or range gear. Don't get me wrong they can attack you to! 7. Pking- This part will be very short as i am not a good pker at all, But killing players can get you money especially if you both redskull. If your just doing normal pking each person you kill will drop blood money i believe its 1 blood money, but there are blood perks that you can buy to increase that. Also the more blood money you risk the more blood money you will get for each kill. If you believe you have the skill to risk then go for it, try redskulling you might be able to kill the guy with a divine shield if your redskulled he will drop it no matter what, but also keep in mind if there using a divine you might not hit very well unless you use statius warhammer which can disable the effects of the divine shield and they more in likely have some tricks up there sleeve, such as the korasi spec which we all know is a pretty powerful weapon that will do alot of damage to you. But you can also use the spec to help you if you have veng activated they might do good high damage to you but they will be hit with there spec to that could be your chance to strike with your korasi and kill them if you have one. Now for gear i use spawnable stuff and a weapon you cant spawn, i use this because like i said i am not a good pker, but i watch alot of people pking. You can use whatever gear you feel comfortable with, the 3 item also works here! if you dont skull i believe you can actually save 4 items if you use the protect item prayer, this should work for all the previous things in this guide but if you skull you will keep 1 item with prot item on, if you redskull no matter what if you die you will lose everything! For prayer really all i see people using is soulsplit, but some other people use protect from whatever style person they are fighting, like if there shooting arrows they pray protect from range, however i see this upsets a few people, and will likely lead to a verbal assault so i just use soulsplit no matter what. But also when you first enter the wilderness and dont have a target to kill yet then pray protect from range or magic because of rushers they will spec you and you will just die before you even hit them once. And finally kill targets, There will be a name on the top right of your screen and if there around you on the map they will have a arrow when you kill them you will get a mysterious emblem tier 1, you can get to get to tier 10, you will upgrade by killing a target with the emblem in your inventory which you can trade to the emblem trader next to the alters at home, each one is 50k bounty hunter points, but the higher the tier the more points and other things you can get when you trade them in. The points you can use to buy items from the bounty shop, items like elite void, the rune pouch, blood money and many more items! The End!

ill start this off like another person did, im not very new but im for sure not a pro yet , so far every time i have contacted goobymunch for help there has never been anytime where i wait for over 2min to get help. friendly is a huge plus as well, being a noob i have asked some of the most noobish questions possible and there has never been anything but kindness. Goobymunch had all the oppurtunities in the world to say ''you dont know how to open your bank, just leave the server''. but that never happened no matter what the question was. Goobymunch has another huge plus as well, there have been times when i had to ask for help and when i did if i didnt understand the simple answer Goobymunch gave me they didnt get annoyed or upset in anyway instead they responded with a very detailed step by step guide sent straight to my pm. and that right there is probly one of the biggest plus sides because new people like me will need some extreme help from time to time and you dont really want a helper that will get frustrated when we the new people ask the same questions over and over because we cant understand what there saying exactly. Reasons for helper status-controlled anger, very high annoyance controll,friendly,high patience tollerance,very familiar with the server/rules,manners are perfect,very considerate,genorosity is through the roof, There is no doubt Goobymunch will improve your server in several ways.
