Phenomenon 398 Posted November 6, 2017 Vanilla X, If you have an appeal that gets declined, you have to wait 28 days before posting another one. If an administrator says you are no longer eligible for an appeal, sadly that means you are not welcomed back to SpawnPK unless instructed otherwise. Failure to comply with the appeal system's rules usually results in a permanent forum ban and appeal decline.
