Thank you for creating this topic! Much easier to follow up for you as well. I've created a ticket for you and @Ramzi will take care of it. Please take note this takes a bit of time so be patient depending on the amount of requests, appeals and other tickets. If you have more questions or any concerns, feel free to ask.

As soon your ticket has been approved Ill inform you on here. You'll have to set a new pin upon login.

Q: What is a ticket?

A: A ticket is a line of communication the staff team uses to notify the owners of any issue a player may be having at that time. Each player, alongside their issue, will have their own respective ticket, and will get looked at individually.

If this was a PIN reset you'll have to set up a new pin when you log in. Please write it down safely so you won't forget it again.
If this was a PASSWORD reset you'll have to pm a staff member in-game with an alt to receive your password. Please write it down safely so you won't forget it again.
