well , the appeals still haven't checked but all forwarded to owners as staff say , my appeal from 1/7/17 and still none of owners replied to it if denied or accepted , also i am sure there other appeals from other times that haven't checked , please someone of staff forward em .

Appeals aren't prioritized because it solely consists of servicing players who broke the rules (user agreement) and caused issues for the community & staff. Actions have consequences, and we're not obligated to have the appeal system present in the first place.

Nonetheless, all appeals will at one point be reviewed & responded to. Wait times are also planned on being improved in the near future.

Also keep in mind that each individual appeal requires extensive background checks of the player's alternate accounts, previous offenses, etc.
