What this ticket I wrote does is it notifies the owners that a player is having some sort of issue in which we can't handle to the fullest extent so they go ahead and finish the job. There is nothing any other staff member can do at this point except wait for further information. Please try not to continuously bug staff members in game about this matter, it is very rude. They will come to you when everything is fixed. In the meantime, I do suggest playing on another account.
