Phenomenon (Community Manager, Disciplinary Management) checks the #Help section everyday, he will assist you whenever he's on. Provide a summary of the type of assistance you need and once Phenomenon or any other staff member checks the Help section they will assist you. Here is the invite link to SPK's Discord: https://discord.gg/spawnpk While waiting for Phenomenon, I recommend checking in-game to see if any staff members are online. You can do this by typing (::staff) in the chat, which will display a list of the online staff members. Feel free to send a private message to one of them if there is someone available.
