Says I'm banned - no explanation

I'm unable to login to my account. Where can i see details on this ban - the message says I'm banned and I should check the main site. I have no idea why I may have been banned, I've broken none of the rules (I've reviewed them).

Have you got a VPN on? mine said the same thing, as soon as I turned my VPN off it woked

Hello, I suggest you to post in "appeal an offense" section, here.

Please use the following format for your appeal to be processed:

• The punished username:
• The time/data you were punished:
• The staff member who punished you:
• The punishment you received (Ban, ipban, UIDban, mute,...):
• The rule you broke to be punished:
• Why should you be unpunished:
• Other information:

I also suggest you not to post in other sections than appeal, this will just waste your time, because staff will tell you the same thing i told you to do right now, to post in the appeal section.

As stated above, please use that format. And post on appeal an offense section. Once again as stated above, vpn can be a real problem.
