Mostly there is one staff-member online but he isn't able to help everyone out. I think I'm able to help everyone out with the other staff member, I am also known in the game. People know me as a nice person. I love to help people out because I know how it is for people. People helped me out aswell in hard times and it gave me a good feeling. That is the same feeling I want to give other people. Also there are a lot of dutch people and I'm dutch aswell so it's easier to help them out.
