Official Appeal an Offense Format for Forums & Discord

This topic is for players looking to appeal their offenses via forums and discord as we have a joint system now. You must first appeal on the forums in the steps below before making it to discord and appealing there consecutively after the forums.

Rules:

• Please follow guidelines and formats for your appeals. Failure to follow said guidelines and formats will result in an automatic decline of your appeal. Please fill them out as best you can in order to be fully assisted the first time. If you don't know the answer to the format, leave it blank or place "N/A"
• Providing every bit of information you can remember can also help with your appeal. The more information means we have a better understanding of your case and in some cases can speed up your appeal with a swift response.
• Appeals are primarily handled by the higher ranking staff team members, any Super Moderator or above can fully handle appeals. Lower ranking staff members such as Moderators and Helpers are not delegated powers in the Appeal an Offense section. Please DO NOT bother the owners or lower ranking staff members with appeals as they do not do them.
• You are limited to one appeal per 30 days. Making multiple topics and/or discord tickets will result in immediate declines of your appeals and could lead to the revocation of your ability to appeal on either platform.
• No matter how severe your offense was we encourage every player to appeal their offense as rarely even the worst offenses punishments have been lifted. Appeals are a case by case basis, so simply because you broke one of the worst rules does not mean you can never play again.
  • NOTE: Some players have so many severe offenses and may be deemed unappealable which in any case a staff member will inform you of this. Once told you can no longer appeal your punishments please abide or that will result in forum banishment.

First Step: Appeal on the forums

1. Make a Forum Account! You wont be able to appeal without one. It wont let you see or post anything in the appeal an offense section, so please register an account. In game accounts and forums are registered differently. Your in game account login will not work on the forums if you've never registered before.

   After you find the section, click on it and proceed to make a new topic by clicking this button:

Second Step: Making a ticket on the SPK Discord

1. Join the SPK discord simply by doing ::discord in game or join via this link: https://discord.com/invite/n5mqfHJ
   
    
2. Locate the #appeals section which will be under the "SpawnPK General" section
3. The #appeal section should look like this:
4. To start a ticket, simply react with the emoji ";envelope_with_arrow;"
5. Now simply link your topic you made in the appeal an offense section with the correct format in the ticket, and await a response.
