Tracksavvy 10 Posted September 25, 2016 I keep having an issue when running java applications such as this servers client in which it loads fine runs fine but then during a short period of use (about 3-5min), the java application will crash. Link for reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPTcIfdGePM&feature=youtu.be I have been working to try and figure out what my issue has been for like two weeks and can not seem to get it fixed "permanently". At one point i had managed to get it to be stable enough for me to play without worrying but, after a recent update it doesn't work. Things I've tried: Uninstall/reinstall restart computer run as administrator run in compatibility mode with various versions of windows reverted to restore point changed processor overclock deleted temp ran through nicks list for troubleshooting uninstalled then installed a previous version update graphics drivers Things i have yet to do: revert graphics drivers reinstall windows rip computer out of wall throw computer out window beat computer with baseball bat/golf club dump champagne on computer like Lil Wayne punch through monitor pour gasoline on computer than throw zippo at it Computer Specs ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Processor - AMD FX6300 at 4.0Ghz Cooler - Corsair H100i GTX Motherboard Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Graphics card - XFX R9 380X Memory - 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws X DDr3 HDD - 1TB WD Blue PSU - Sentey 650w modular power supply

Nick 37 Posted September 25, 2016 The fix for the last person that had this issue was updating your Graphics Card but I see you have already done that. I will have Ryan comment on this, he should be able to give you a further insite.

To answer your question yes, but do I know how that helps me? no. Though since you seemed to figure that the garbage composition of what you call a post was enough for me to draw some sort of conclusion I'd like to ask you to iterate some more on what you where getting at. @Nick, I figured somebody that works with JDK may have some sort of knowledge to what the issue is. I figure I should also state that even though my brother hasn't opened it in weeks on his computer and he also has this issue because, I did attempt to play on his PC but came to the same result. pj3r 91 Posted September 26, 2016 The Difference between, I want to be mod and, I am mod. I'm going to ignore this and continue to try to understand what could be wrong, because helper is helper and mod is mod Do you have all your windows updates...? Do you use windows 10? 7? 8.1? xp? Do you have administrator access? This is a java official tool for uninstalling java if you haven't used it already try it, https://java.com/en/download/uninstallapplet.jsp

This is a java official tool for uninstalling java if you haven't used it already try it, https://java.com/en/download/uninstallapplet.jsp I built this PC about a year and a half ago so to answer your questions YES I have ALL updates/latest drivers YES I have administrator access(99% of what I have been doing requires it) and this is on WINDOWS 10 That applet only works in IE and Firefox just a heads up, and it only uninstalls older versions of java. I posted Crash Logs from Windows Event Viewer, you know that thing you mentioned earlier in a sentence you constructed in such a way that looks insulting? where were you going with that? pj3r 91 Posted September 26, 2016 Uninstalling Plays.TV and / or Disable Raptr. This should solve ur problem
Nick 37 Posted September 26, 2016 Ryan has had a few things come up irl but I'm sure he will be able to get you a solution fairly quick. I have messaged him myself with this thread. Considering Ryan created the client I'm sure he will be able to determine the error, even if its an error on your end.
Tracksavvy 10 Posted September 27, 2016 Nick I already figure it's an error on my end, but I'm also sure that if he is as good at working with java as it seems, then he's run into a couple errors himself and will know what to do.
Tracksavvy 10 Posted September 27, 2016 Uninstalling Plays.TV and / or Disable Raptr. This should solve ur problem "Uninstalling PlaysTv" This makes no sense Because Plays doesn't run when opening the client, but I guess anything is possible when it comes to windows 10..........
