Efficient Maxing Guide

Recommended Posts

SO YOU WANT TO MAX?

Well Buster you’d better listen up because in a few short paragraphs, or long paragraphs, whatever. I’m gonna give you the most efficient way to max.

If you’re new to SpawnPK and the server start here:

So my recommendation for a new player wanting to achieve a Completionist cape would be to start life out as a “PKer” account, don’t worry too much as later in this can be changed at the “Game mode changer” just north of the blood fountain at ::home.

There are many guides out there as to how to start earning money and building up the $$ Bill ya’ll, but my recommendation is do every daily tasks that grant treasure caskets, this is the Lava dragon, Frost dragon, Undead PKers, Battle mages and Elder chaos druids tasks found in the “Money making” Teleport in the spell book.

Also try to vote at least once a day on 4 Sites; You can achieve this by typing ::vote. When you have voted make sure you claim your rewards by using ::claim.

Please note voting has some prerequisites which will be made apparent upon attempting to vote if they have not been met. These are fairly easy to complete and are included in your daily tasks.

Upon voting for your first time make sure to complete the achievement “Supporter” in your achievements tab. Then head on over to the vote store, north of the blood fountain and purchase Vote tickets with your points.

So why do you want to do dailyscape on an RSPS? Well; Alongside all drops you get which I would recommend picking up EVERYTHING Green on the floor (it adds up trust me) You get treasure caskets, blood money and vote tickets on a daily basis.

So now you’re getting started and have completed your dailies head back to ::home and sell your vote tickets, treasure caskets and miscellaneous loot at the Trading post (IT LOOKS LIKE THE OSRS POLL BOOTH) The treasure caskets can be sold for currently (17/05/2020) 40 Bags (100M) each, the vote tickets are currently 11 Bags each and Blood money CAN be sold for 11m GP each, I’d recommend saving up Blood money for perks. More on that later.

My recommended purchases for this point of the game are a Toxic Blowpipe (Great range DPS) a Genie pet if possible (Great pet for double xp while active) an Infernal axe and pick axe, these will be explained later on in the guide, Slayer helmet (I) and some Swift gloves (Greatly increases range DPS, on ”proc” can hit twice.)

Back to Blood perks: So when you’ve saved up enough blood money you want to start investing in the “Treasure” perk chain which gives drop bonus %. The “Blood weapon” tree (Whip, Recoil, Rune crossbow, Dark bow, Staff) These are all autokeep + untradeable and direct upgrades to the former versions and blood vengeance 1 + 2. Your final affordable goals are to unlock augury + rigour the best magic and ranged prayers in the game. The reason I say save up your blood money is because these can get rather expensive.

SO NOW THAT YOU HAVE DONE ALL THAT, or SKIPPED READING THAT PART IT IS TIME TO START TO MAX YOUR STATS, IT MAY BE DAUNTING BUT YOU CAN SPEED IT UP WITH ALOT OF DIFFERENT METHODS.

First of all if you started as a PK account, change your game mode now. All wealth will be kept. Including blood perks, only your stats are reset.

Melee skills.

This is the only skill set I will be glossing over as there are many ways to train these skills the most efficient is to spawn iron, black, mithril, rune and dragon scimitars, an abyssal whip and then finally a blood whip. I would also recommend purchasing a Chaotic rapier at 80 attack. The fastest way from 1-75 is to kill Rock Crabs, these can be found under the Skilling and training teleport in your Magic Book, train each individually starting with strength then attack then defence, focus on boosting accuracy and strength bonus. At 75 base defence strength and attack I’d recommend moving over to Undead PKers or just grinding out dailies to level your stats. Slayer is also a viable option, I will get to this later. It will take 2-2:30 hours to completely max out your melee stats and as Hitpoints is levelled at a third of the rate this should also hit 99.

Range:

For range I would also recommend using the same methods as above, only of course spawning a Shortbow + Bronze arrows; Willow Shortbow + Steel arrows; Maple Shortbow + Adamant arrows; Rune knives and following the progression that way until level 75 at Rock Crabs. After this I would move onto using your Toxic Blowpipe on dailies, such as Frost Dragons, Elder Chaos Druids and Lava Dragons. Slayer is again a viable option. Training range is much faster and 99 can be achieved within 45 minutes to an hour.

Magic:

For training magic I would recommend Splashing. By the time you get around to training magic you should have max melee and range stats. To splash effectively you need a -65 magic bonus, to achieve this spawn: Torags helmet, Torags Legs, Torags Platebody, An air staff, Avas accumulator, Black D’Hide Vambraces and Dragon boots. Do not wear an amulet or ring as these give hidden magic bonuses sometimes. Spawn as many air, earth, water, fire, mind, chaos, death and blood runes as you want or spend the 2b ~ on a rune pouch, the choice is yours, select the best auto casted spell you can and AFK away till 99 Magic, this may take up to an hour but is fully AFK, giving you valuable time to do IRL things or watch Cat videos on YouTube. Of course there are other options but none as time efficient.

Prayer:

For Prayer you want to use Frost Dragon bones on a Gilded altar in a Player owned house. You will need 278 Bones for 1-99 Prayer and it goes by quickly, set up a preset with 28 bones in your inventory; go south of ::home bank and look for the purple portal. If you enter the portal and go to a “friends” house, what I did personally not having 99 Construction at this point I looked for a high level player and just entered their name. Thanks ‘Aard’ ;). Essentially you use the bones on the altar, select all and wait until your inventory is empty, exit the portal, spawn a new set and rinse and repeat. This entire process should take 15-20 minutes so it will fly by. If you want this to be max efficiency see my construction guide and complete this first, this will allow you to a) use your own POH and b) spawn sets INSIDE your own POH.

NOW ONTO THE NON COMBAT SKILLS ENSURE THAT YOUR GENIE PET IS OUT AT ALL TIMES.

Agility:

This is the longest skill to train, but definitely worth it for the passive benefits to your run energy restoration rate and run energy drain rate; good for escaping those pesky PKers. Especially those that don’t train Agility; get the edge on your opponent by running away; bravely.

Start by teleporting to the Skilling area and speak to the Werewolf dubbed Agility Trainer.

You need to start out at the gnome agility course, it will take roughly 8 laps to reach level 38.

After hitting level 38, move onto the barbarian agility course, it will take roughly 15 laps to reach level 55.

After hitting level 55 move onto the wilderness agility course, it will take around 48 laps to reach level 99.

This will take around 2 hours and is the longest and slowest skill to train in SpawnPK, I’m sorry that you had to go through that but the rest is a breeze. To speed up your agility training bring Stamina potions, and when you are at the wilderness course if you are a competent hybrid feel free to bring gear and fight off PKers, who knows you could get some great loot.

Any skills can be trained in any order from the grouping below.

Fletching:

For fletching training spawn as many unfinished arrows, and bronze, adamant and rune arrow heads as you feel you might need. I will describe the amounts as “sets” as when you craft arrows you can make 15 when you press “all” (explained below.)

At level 1 attach Bronze arrowheads to Unfinished arrows; use the two on each other and right click the picture in the chat box and select “All”. It will take 9 Sets of Bronze arrows to be able to craft Adamant arrows.
At level 60 Fletching begin to craft Adamant arrows, it will take 9 sets to be able to craft Rune arrows.

At level 75 You can craft Rune arrows, use the same process, it will take around 39 sets to reach level 99. 99 Fletching took me 12 minutes and 30 seconds, MUCH faster than training using the Bows method.

Herblore:

For Herblore training you want to use presets only towards the end.

At level 1 Spawn 14 Guam Potion (unf) and 14 Eye of Newts, Make 14 Attack potions and you should be level 45.

At level 45 Spawn 14 Irit potions (unf) and 14 Eye of Newts, Make 14 Super Attack potions and you should be level 63.

At level 63 Spawn 14 Snapdragon Potions (unf) and 14 Red Spider eggs, Make all and repeat this 4 times for 56 Super restore potions and you should be level 81.

Now spawn 14 Toadflax Potions (unf) and 14 Crushed nests and create a preset. Now create Saradomin brews, select all on the make and when you finish spawn a fresh inventory. It will take around 27 inventories to reach level 99. This only took me around 22 minutes to complete.

Runecrafting:

Create a preset with 28 Pure essence in your inventory. Click on the Runecrafting Wizard and select Low level Runecrafting.

At level 1 Craft Air runes, one inventory will allow you to craft Mind Runes. Spawn a fresh inventory.

The next two inventory’s you’re make should be Mind Runes, this will allow you to create Nature Runes under high level Runecrafting.
Create 3 inventory’s of Nature runes and you will be able to create Death runes.

Create 4 inventory’s of Death runes and you will have 77 Runecrafting and be able to craft Blood runes.

Now spawn a fresh inventory, click the wizard spam click the number 3 and click blood runes, to speed this up use screen markers around the blood rune and spawn inventory. Repeat until 99, with no tick delay you can hit 99 in about 6 minutes.

TBC.
