NOTICE: I DID NOT MAKE THIS APPLICATION TO BE BEAUTIFUL, THATS NOT WHAT MAKES A GOOD APPLICATION, GO LOOK AT ALL THE APPS ITS LIKE THE SAME PERSON TYPED IT OUT LITERALLY JUST DIFFERENT COLORS. this application was made with brutal honesty and nothing but love, i wanted to be as raw and to the point as possible.

2. Your name (first name would suffice): jerry. my og account was sparta which was hacked i had the account banned as i had moved and was told no way to prove it was my account, even though iron perkins aka dher jerry the account i'm known for was made on that same ip.

5. Average amount of gameplay hours per day: 4-8 sometimes more
6. Why you should receive the position: i have years of experience playing spawnpk, but also other servers. i've been staff for a multitude of servers big and small. examples : locopk rspspk tizenx and other smaller servers when i was younger. but i started playing runescape at 6 literally november 2001 runescape classic. i was working hard to become a staff member before the false ban and honestly i feel like i already would of obtained it, but i didn't freak out. i waited cause i knew i was innocent. might of took a while but as you can see i finally got unbanned. (shout out to all the people that knew i didn't. ya'll know who you are). i originally had no intention of going for staff, you know i'm 24 i just play for fun, but it really hit me how much i love the server. Not just the game, the community, the love, the fun. within 15 minutes of being unbanned, i instantly felt a difference just in the community, the way people were talking in yell or to each other ( trust me i know we can't fix everyone, people are trolls it's the internet). but what really hit me, was realizing the server was growing player wise, but the community was lacking in moral. we as staff member are supposed to provide the moral. just like at a normal job if your boss doesn't care then why are you gonna care. Now please realise i am throwing no shade to anyone i think all the staff members we have handle there positions well, do they make mistakes yes, but everyone does. were human. but the last thing we need is another robot spamming the same message every 30 minutes, thinking thats what being a staff member is about. yes we are meant to help people, but it's not just that. we set the standards there gonna follow. i wanna bring that moral back, just talking to some of the staff you can hear the demotivation in there voices, and you know, there not wrong for it the server used to be a family. and thats why i played spawnpk. i think thats why most of us do. i can tell you know whether i get staff or not isn't of concern to me. i'll still continue to do what i do, we peak at 3-400 players and i believe the staff team consists of 6 staff members. so that's literally 1 staff member per basically 70 players. so anyone who thinks we don't need more staff is lacking of understanding. because everyone complains about lack of help all day everyday and i only do so much as a normal player. ive gone through alot of the recent apps, and that's what made me decide to go for it. we need staff that can bring love to the game again, bring moral to the game again, show compassion to the players even the toxic ones, kill em with kindness trust me it works. i didn't sit there for 6 months to play the game i love again to see it falling down from the inside. trust me i've seen it happen, and it's sad. in all honesty i wanna bring our community back together and one of my biggest concerns was the community welcoming me back, and well i must admit. i was surprised. they welcomed me with open arms i honestly can't think of one person who can say something wrong about me other then the fact i may of cleaned them. (not really my fault). but i'ma leave it here. long story short, i know i can bring that passion back to the game, i still feel that same passion and i know others can to. it's time spawnpk went back to being the family it used to be. i can't do it alone but i can try my best. on a side note, if i was accepted. forums would be my first priority. no offence but we are a successful server with probably one of the most out dated forums ive ever seen.

COMPASSION PATIENCE AND EQUALITY remember those 3 words.

(i've seen some apps throw this in there so i didnt think it would hurt).

You must be an active member of the server for at least 30 days.     ive played since 2015. dealt with a misshap that landed me banned for 6 months, but it was handled and i was proven innocent.

You must have no history of any rule-breaking for at least 30 days. Dependent on rule broken.                  as stated never even been muted.

You must be proficient in English.                    american.

Decent grammar (utilize punctuation, capitalization, etc.)           excellent grammar, i know when it's needed and when to be casual.

Gambling is not prohibited for moderators but it is preferred to be kept at a mini donemum.               i am a risk fighter. idk if this applys as gambling? but im not much of a gambler.

Should be active in-game; 4-6 hours a day on average is preferred. Exceptions may occur.             already play more then that. 

Must be relatively active on the forums and on Discord                       very active on discord. forums aren't really um how do i say kept up to date. which id love to help with so i dont really have much forum activity, but i plan to help with that if allowed.

You must have an attitude of friendliness, respectfulness and minimal flaming. We understand that the competitive nature of PK servers may lead to some situations with flaming. As long as they're infrequent and mild you should still qualify.            anyone who knows me or heard of me will know i am probably one of the nicest and genuine people to talk to, never judge, everyone is equal, and tbh it feels good to make someone else happy, but i also know when to step up and do what needs to be done. you could be my best friend and i would show the same action if needed as my worst enemy. one thing anyone will vouch for is i am legit non toxic. like you could tell me i'm a worthless human being and you know my responce would be "i respect you're opinion" everyone is entitled to one, and i respect that.

we could use more staff members and when i seen your app, I had to +1 it. i've played since a month after release and i remember you always helping others and you're well aware of everything about this server and you could help the newcomers. really hope you get a shot to prove people what you're capable of. -ele na

much love man alot of people hate on you but you were always real to me still the only one who went out of the way to pay me back now thats respect.
