windows client issues

ive tried the list of things to do and other ways ive tried in the past but i just cant figure this one out, my client says

there was an issue connection the the server

here are some possible issues and solutions

1.(most likely) you may not be connected to the internet

2 spawnpk maybe offline or having issues

 

now my internet is fine and firewall doesnt seem to be the issue either

obviously spawnpk isnt offline as the time being
