TheJacob 0 Posted February 15, 2020 I am trying to purchase a bond in-game and after logging in to Paypal I receive this error. The steps I took were: Go to spawnpk.net Click Store Enter my username Click bond Login to Paypal Error received, no option to proceed with transaction. TheJacob 0 Posted February 15, 2020 (edited) Follow-up: I called Paypal and they informed me that any successive transactions of the same amount are being automatically refunded by the merchant.
