voluntary temp ban from gambling command

I think one of the major issues on this server is gambling, it causes people to rely on gambling for money-making rather than PKing, PVMing or Riskfighting, it also creates gambling addicts and removes the fun from the game. I think a good way to solve this would be to add an IP based command that temporarily bans you from gambling on SpawnPK, this would include duel arena and ::gamble. you should be able to set the period anywhere from 2 days to 7 days, and then the gamble ban is lifted and you would be free to reset it again. Many people also cant help it but gamble even though they wanna stop themselves, this would result in people eventually banning themselves from gambling and looking for alternative ways to make money, which would result in a more active wilderness and healthy server overall. I've recently played a server with such a command, won't name the name as I don't wanna promote other servers on here, but I believe it is a very useful feature they have implemented.

Still people who are desperate could just xfer to alt, use vpn bypass the gamble ban and still gamble. People just need to have self control. I personally used to gamble a lot cause I was tired of not making a lot of income on spk, but I've overcome it. And my bank now has been decent, but not to the amount I want it to be. This is just my opinion/thoughts on the matter.

It doesn't really have anything to do with having a pair of balls or not, it's due to the fact that there's really noway for pkers to make decent amounts of money on here due to the lack of riskfighters and low pvp-rewards in general, I was merely suggesting this so that there would be more riskers and pkers in general and people won't turn to gambling to make money.

I'm pretty sure it could be set to UUID or Mac to avoid such issues, moreover; it's very hard for a gambler to have self control. In real life, people can request bans from casinos as well. Moreover, it's just nice to be able to have a solid method to rebuild whenever you're cleaned as a pker, currently; this is not really the case, it's hard to find riskfighters in general and I believe one of the major factors that influence this is the gambling on here, making most pkers having to turn to gambling to make or break their bank.

I mean, yeah It can be hard to find high-riskers, But then again U can just go farm t10's for bh points and sell items in the bh store. Such as: Cursed relic, cursed void kits, blood serps, and that's all really. Then again I understand regular edge pking can get boring. Overall I do agree the server is lacking a way for pkers to make a good amount of bank.

cursed relic is 50m bounties and cursed void kit is 40m bounties, which at the end is worth around 25-35b each, this is literally not worth much at all comparing to what u can make in a riskfight or gambling, that's why gambling is literally the only way to really make decent amounts of cash, the amount of time it takes to farm t10s for cursed relics and void kits is simply too long comparing to how much u can make gambling or if there were more riskfigthers.

I mean, I don't disagree. I would like for there to be more incentive to pking and better rewards. But as of now I feel where you're coming from. And yes gambling is the fastest way to make money on any server, but then again comes down to one's self control and patience. Also I can see more + sides on a gamble ban command, since it would probably make less people quit too.
