D RY 7 Posted April 5, 2019 First: You are able to teleport to a target whilst being above 20 wilderness without the assistance of an alien/comp cape/torture/glory etc. Second: Pure zone is now a tele spot recognized by the bounty teleport just like the high risk arena used to be. 7 second gyazo below: https://gyazo.com/c5712ba2b79a9cb73f5aca9e76204803 Main issue here is that potentially, a bounty teleport could be used as an escape method without having certain items obtained.
