In case he did not tell you, these resets take anywhere from a day to three days, rarely longer since only the owners can reset account credentials. Feel free to PM a staff member in game daily for an update, or you can simply check if your pin was reset simply by logging in and checking yourself. Speedy resolve and topic locked.
