I know you PM'd me about this a while back, but it seems we've come across a slight error. @Ascendency did indeed make the ticket for you, but he did not include the payment screenshots that you showed me which I have posted now. The owners should now be able to locate your donation with those screenshots. I apologize in advance that this is going to take longer, as I did not realize the ticket was not made with the full information on it. Speedy resolve as always!
