It is highly advisable you don't buy it from the donator shop, and rather buy it from a player via the TP, trade, etc. I believe it is a slightly nerfed one than OSRS, Ryan did say it was nerfed here: https://spawnpk.net/forums/index.php?/topic/8762-11152017-new-donator-rank-ethereal-contest-and-more/ Not exactly sure what the percentages are now.
