Where The fuck are the staff hiding?

Been looking for help for 1 week now but cant get hold off any staff besides supporters/moderators. Been emailing, dming trough discord, ingame and even forums. Can someone please just step up and help? There are over 40 players posting but not a single reply. Step it up pls
