Prestige 11 Posted June 8, 2018 Post under the section "Appeal an Offense" following this exact format: Username: Time/Data you were punished: Staff member who punished you: Rule you broke to be punished: (Refer to) http://spawnpk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2070) Why should you be unpunished: Other information: Once you filled out everything perfectly, you should get a response from staff. Almost no one gets unbanned for it, and given one player who was given a second chance after committing the same rule break as you went on and broke the same exact rule.
