This should be in the appeal an offense section. Also before you appeal this offense please take it more seriously. You got banned for a reason. All bannable offenses are taken very seriously. So i highly recommend taking this post down and making a new post in the correct section.

Give why you were banned, who banned you and why you should be unbanned. Also your account name would bee very helpful
