Teleporting in combat suggestion

I am not sure if this has been suggested before because I am terrible at using the search bar. With that said.

 

I think if someone teleports in combat the damage should go through. 

As of right now the antirush potential is very low because someone can spec you, tele out with a command, and all damage to them is nullified. 

 

I think if you make it so damage goes through when teleporting, it will add a much more exciting aspect to pking. 

 

I probably won't get much support because people go with what they know and are used to. But I think it really could be a fun change.
