Comp Cape buff slightly.

Just thought it would be nice if comp Cape could have the same effect as the bh Cape, I think it's worth it for the achievement and I want to wear my cape as much as possible but can't cuz the bn Cape is so much better for pvm, cheers.

yeah dude, just spend a thousand dollars or whatever for the effect of a single cape, totally great idea i don't know why op didn't think of that

anyway i like this idea, i think that maybe comp cape should be buffed to give the effects of every cape (blood cape, bh cape, ava's accumulator, whatever else) and maybe when buying one it requires you trade these items into the NPC in exchange for your cape?
