Hello, I've lost my pin on my account - Meto

Hello Meto,

 

I went ahead and submitted a ticket to the owners to have your PIN reset.

• In case you did not know, a ticket is a special line-of-communication the staff team uses to let the owner's know there is an issue that needs to be solved.
• These issues are usually much grander scale like log-checks to see the truth behind a case when two sides cannot come to an agreement, or as simple as resetting a PIN or Password.
• These are usually done in 24 hour rotations, so you should be receiving an answer soon.

 

Some additional information that you might find useful regarding your lost PIN:

• PIN's are 5 digits on SpawnPK rather than the typical 4 on Oldschool RS.
• If your IP address is ever recognized and you don't get a PIN blocked screen (asking you for the PIN), you can simply type ::changepin.
• This command must be entered at home!

 

Nonetheless, your ticket has been submitted. I suggest writing it down somewhere safe when your PIN is reset (it will ask for you to set a new one upon completion via the owners).
