Hello @washed! You can reach out to a Administrator in game to help you reset it on the spot or wait for a staff member to make a PIN reset ticket for an Administrator or above to reset it when they can. If you are able to reset it from your home IP you can reset it yourself via ::changepin "newpinhere".
