Hello @Funlend I went ahead and let the owners know that you need a PIN reset. Unfortunately since only the owners can reset account credentials this may take a few days to a week, rarely longer. All you need to do now is simply log in on a daily basis and in the event your PIN was reset it will prompt you to set a new one. Topic Locked.
