The problem is new players quit because there's no money in pking. BIS items should have to be earnt or purchased - you'll find people want to use these items for the stat and KO potential - and I believe it would endorse players to actually use it, instead of being given the items from the spawn menu. The game would run a lot better, if there was a sense of worth, where you had to obtain your items, rather than having 9999K of them in your bank.

Shut the fuck up already. Everyone lost interest 15 comments ago, you're not the only braindead slave to want to ban ragging, and you won't be the last. Ryan has said himself that he won't ban it, because he agrees it's pking - and we don't ban pking. If you don't like the server then quit, you won't be fucking missed imbecile. Cya.

It doesn't matter how you look at it, ragging is pking. Just like you pathetic retards going around with Ryan's custom melee set up hitting all the high riskers; or you spastics rushing. Yes, it's annoying - but we haven't banned that so why should we ban ragging? If you don't want to be ragged, then stop giving reason to rag you. You go you to people with your torag platelegs risk, hit a high risker and say "off pray". Put some thought into the situation, before you go and make the 50th post about this, where again it won't be banned.

Ragging is a form of pking, no form of pking should be banned. Server's with ragging rules have a lot more chaos and toxic players then what they do without. All rags come with motive.

All honesty we need to stop making custom pets. There are far to many and are becoming stupidly overpowered.

@Phenomenon The problem is everyone runs around in barrows, DFS, ancient staff with a Ags. This gear is 100% free, though very powerful (Consider "max set-up" on Rs / Most servers). Every so often you might pk a dragon Defender and Arma crossbow, and if you're really lucky maybe an Ags. Everything is free, so pking really isn't very profitable. The blood money you gain from pking shouldn't be more then the total look you get - however that's how SPK is. There's nothing wrong with making it players run around in mystic and dhide - makes things more fun for everyone. If you want to use a max set up you should be having to actually risk it. I'd support making all barrows ubspawnable. Would add some much more insensitive to risk in the wild.

@Kellatha DFS is a BIS item. It shouldn't require a rank to use and shouldn't be spawnable. Ryan could offer an alternate item, just nothing BIS. Pking in singles is pretty atrocious to begin with, based off of how SPK'S combat system is formulated. Flasks just make tanking easy beyond belief. If a cap was introduced it would make things more fair - instead of people going to mage bank with 22 brew flasks and being able to tank a full TB with ease. At first the custom pets where cool. But now Ryan has implemented so many pets no one can even really keep track of what does what. Saw some blue and white berserker pet, a black alien. Like what the fuck is this.

SpawnPk's biggest problem is it's large array of custom items. Every item has its own variant which is ridiculously OP. Torva / Pernix / Virtius Serpentine? Fuck no that's, that's just stupid. Blowpipe is already fucked as is, we don't need a "Blood blow pipe" to throw into spectrum. Dragon Defender (T) is fine how it is.

Great to see Ryan managed to incorporate a fair few of these into the previous update. Also been chatting him, and a region update with projectile clipping is in the works which is fantastic. I agree with your comment regarding EdgePVP @i just rag

Add Preserve Prayer Toggle for Miasmic Barrage Nerf Trident/Swamp Trident. Op as hell man. Also these items are incredible accurate with negative magic bonus. Nerf Blowpipe, Zbow. Op as hell man. Fix Onyx Bolts (e) Give Ring of Vigour the proper stats. It shouldn't be the same as a Bring (i). This is op as hell. Remove altars/orbs from ::edgepvp Add useful server yell messages (Advertising ::edgepvp, ::vote, ::donate, current events etc). Work on fixing Granite Maul again. Still not coded properly. Buff Kodai wand. Pretty inaccurate for a best in slot item. Maybe a brew limit for the wilderness? (Capped at 14, 8 if FLASKS) REGION UPDATE PLEASE? In all honesty, flasks ruin the wilderness. Though it's a donator feature, in Pk Video's it makes the server look ugly and makes low-level single pking impossible when your opponent carries 12 brew flasks. Spawn Pk combat is unique, but quite broken. Combat as a whole could use a tweak, everything in its own sense is overpowered.

I've spoke with Ryan regarding Projectile Clipping. This is a work in progress - however, due to the effect the update will bring, won't be introduced for some time yet. Meh on the donator ones, don't care. Magic cape I support.
