Im being told that cursed items are dropped on death and kept on death? Whats the real answer? And are you able to revert the cursed armor back into kits?

ive lost my pin some time ago and kellatha made a ticket back in march 19th. nothing has been done and all staff online ignore the issue I'm having at trying to get it back or changed. as the only staff is michaelmyers and he does nothing. this is my 2nd or 3rd time with this issue as nothing has been so far.
