I do agree that the server rules are harsh, but if people don't follow them now - making the punishments softer won't come out with a good result.

Incase you didn't fully understand; being an ass licker should be pretty self-explanatory if you have some sense, getting the impression that someone is immature and toxic after reading this should be pretty common unless you do know the person, which again I don't. (2nd spoiler) About him not being staff potential or having some to have a chance of becoming a good staff; these spoiler should explain it all. (1st spoiler) Just that he believes that relevance has something to do with replying, should make you come to the immediate conclusion that he's lacking some sense. Thanking people for their opinion about him, and then saying he doesn't care about them aka he isn't willing to improve nor even take constructive feedback and take care of it in a good way. And as you probably know... no staff is perfect and when people like him applies (as well as supports, mods and admins) he must be able to receive feedback without going crazy. You seem like a total ass licker, I don't like applicants who change their personality just because of them having a desire of a rank. Nor do I like it when people make a new post repeatedly just to thank one individual for the support or reply, that to me only gives me the expression that you're wanting to act "kind" and an excuse of spamming post counts. You also seem immature as well as a level of toxicity. I don't know who you are as I barely play, so I'm not going to judge you based off what you do in-game. To me, you seem like another version of Phenomenon. Don't consider that a compliment, to not raise any bait and or trouble I'll let you figure out yourself what I mean by that. From my eyes, you're not staff material, and don't even have potential to become a good staff either.

I can definitely understand some parts of what you're feeling, but I can't say I've experienced or can understand exactly what you're going through. I do however have a history with family members having ADHD & Bi-polaricy, and I have some sort of disorder as well which makes it a very sensitive subject for me. I've had a lot of operations under my life, and honestly that has been discouraging me since forever. I was born with something called "Cleft Palate (it wasn't as big as normal so It wasn't anything severe, but it still left injuries *Wouldn't suggest googling if you're sensitive*)" which basically gave me a disadvantage and difficulty when talking, therefor somehow making me unable to actually speak as clear & loud as a normal person would, this have of course improved. I shouldn't complain though, I got the best doctor team in the world (in the certain cleft palate team) which made my injury less worse than anyone else, and the scar incredibly hidden (compared to the others that have it). And no, I'm not rich or anything, it's just free healthcare in Sweden. I am currently able to speak loud and clear as a normal person would, however I do have to concentrate or well spend a lot of effort to do so. As you can imagine, it's sometimes hard for people to understand what I'm saying, because like I said its not exactly clear. This caused me to get discouraged hard as hell as time went on, and I ended up not talking at all unless I was asked a question. This later evolved into anxiety and depression. Yet today I can't speak clearly unless I put effort into it, which as I said makes me not talk unless asked a question. I don't understand how people like me (with the Cleft Palate) haven't fell the same path that I have. All of these troubles have ended up making me diagnosed with depression & social autism. I'm also very insecure for the time being. I also just want to make it clear exactly what social autism is, just so people don't believe that I'm an "actual" autist. It's basically someone who doesn't like to talk, doesn't keep eye contact and don't lead on a conversation, my reason to that is because again I'm not motivated to even try because I fear no one will understand what I'm saying. And that's because of the anxiety. Ever since I started being quiet, whether it'd be at home or in public, because I don't even want to talk at home :/. My escape has been games, and yeah that being RSPS's. Since I don't actually have to talk to someone using my voice, I feel relieved when I can just use text to say what I want to say without feeling like someone won't understand a word, and having to repeat myself over and over. Could end up saying that I pretty much have no life, simply because of my fear to interact with people. I don't even want to share this as I'm someone with a lot of trust issues as well as someone who doesn't like to share much information about myself. Even when I had girlfriends I didn't even tell them anything unless they specifically asked me about it. And sometimes I didn't even answer. Sometimes I feel like I really do need someone to talk to, but as I said I'm very private, so I don't even talk with my closest friends or family about things. I sometimes consider talking to an online friend that I trust heavily, but again I'm insecure and honestly don't want to come out as one of those "attention seekers". Well, that's my story. I think it's time to actually take a step forward and get my problems aside, and I've been trying to but it's hard you know, especially when there's literally no one to talk to. Yeah, I've got to agree with the others. The chances of someone donating $10000 or reaching that by buying bonds are super low. Would be better to code this if the day comes that someone actually does reach that total donation amount.

I like the potential within the idea, if the gambler isn't super desperate to dice that he'll transfer it onto another account (that probably doesn't have the gambler scroll, which means even lower chances to win) it'll rather help people who are trying to quit dicing. It'd eventually lead to less people quitting due to losing their banks, as most people tend to win a lot and say "I'm going to stop dicing" to themselves, next day they're cleaned because they didn't have the self control to handle it simply due to the fact that it was so easily accessible. Will help more than you think. I support this.

The whole idea was for this to be some sort of "ags sink" for just a little better accuracy or strength (relevant to the blood item stat differences). Just like it's with blood money and their weapon perks. Ancient staff & Blood staff as an example, the stats aren't too much different and it's a blood money sink. If you would see this as one of the items that'd end up being one of the reasons for a corrupt gameplay, do you see blood items like that too? There's litterally 0 difference. Combining 10 ags's for a 5% chance of obtaining this ONE upgraded or (i) version of ags would mean that 500 (of 10k) of these would be in-game. And if I have to remind you - they'd be untradeable, so it will only affect the economy in a good way. You can even lower the percentage rate, as it was just a suggestion. Don't know if you're a developer or not, but adding a new item or even recoloring it doesn't take long at all depending on the "skills" or access to "resourches" the developers have. If you'd end up recoloring the ags instead of adding a whole new model, it'd take less time - and i'm assuming that you've got someone to recolor items for you <- that not being one of the actual developers. I'm sure the developers can put away like what? Max 3 hours into adding this? That's if they're new beginners. And if they (whoever does this) recolor the ags instead of adding a model - they only have to change the stats and pack it into the cache, and that's done in notime. So again, it won't take long to add, it'll be content for newer players/those who aren't financially fortunate and it'll be a sink within ags's.

Hey, that's a decent video. Considering you're using Bandicam I'm simply assuming that you're quite new to making YouTube videos. Well, everyone needs somewhere to start right? If you're going to make more future videos i'd suggest changing the recording software, the one I'd recommend that's free is OBS. It's probably one of if not the best free recording software out there, and pretty simple and easy to use. Simply click on the text and you'll be redirected to their website. It's the white highlighted text above. For editing videos, I don't know what you're currently using, but I guess some tips will be fine anyway? I don't know if you're on a windows, linux or Mac but I'm taking a guess at windows. I'm using a Mac myself so I have iMovie, so if you've got a Mac I'd highly recommend using that. I don't really know a lot about editing softwares for windows/linux, but I'm sure windows movie maker will be just fine unless you're planning on making some highly edited stuff. Don't actually think there is a free editing software out there for windows. But if you're willing to spend some money, then I'd highly recommend Filmora. I've used it myself, and its nice. For the video itself, I think it's pretty decent. Only downside is the blackbars & video quality - but that will be changed as you change the recording software. This is just a personal preference; if you're wanting to interact with your viewers without talking, I'd suggest making a whole new clip and writing a text there (a black screen with a text etc, done in a editing software), as it'll take less time and easier to read. If it's something long you could simply tell them to check the description to enter giveaways etc... Again, decent video. If you're not looking for feedback feel free to ignore what I said but keep up the videos, hope to see them improve eventually.

If this application is still active, then I'll say my opinion on it. I haven't personally seen or noticed you at all under the few days I've played, whether that's timezones or not I come online late night and early mornings (sometimes) as well as on the day. If you're really that helpful that people claim that you are, I should've at least noticed your name somewhere. Your application isn't something I'm impressed by, and honestly, with such small amount of effort you put into making it, I can only imagine little effort you'll put into being a mod. If you're not encouraged enough to make a decent application, what would encourage you to even do your job as a mod? The application itself in the end doesn't matter, but you're still able to judge it by analyzing what the person have done with it/what you've replied. The bad things I've noticed by your replies is: Bad attitude - possible potential to be easily flame-baited or even start to flame. Doesn't actually care about improving - if so you'd ask for the reason behind why people voted for you and not only against. You also don't appreciate negative feedback done by players you don't know/that don't like you, whether they like your or not, as long as it's a valid feedback you're able to learn from it - so don't give them a attitude. Farming post counts - seems like it's impossible for you to edit your posts instead of posting a new one every time you think of something to say, I see this as a way for boosting your post counts for people to think you're more active on the forum than you actually are. If I'm not mistaken there's no forum rules (can't find that thread, so it's an assumption) to say that this isn't allowed, but coming from someone with forum staff experience, it's simply annoying, useless and only done by people who are either new to forums or wants to boost their post counts. Looking at your application and replies, I came to the conclusion that you're simply to immature and lack a huge access to potential to even be considered to join a staff-team as a moderator. You could probably become a decent helper in the future if you take in my feedback and learn from it. I also do not believe you'll be able to change the way you act very soon. So due to you being underdeveloped (and maybe not even helpful or active at all, again can be due to timezones) I won't give you my support for the reasons aforementioned. Nonetheless, best of luck to you.
