Ryan 315 Posted April 3, 2020 Content Updates: Easter Event 2020 You've all waited patiently, and now the event is here for you to enjoy until April 30th, 2020! Due to the delays from our ETAs with this highly anticipated update, we will be force spawning event bosses at periodic moments during the first few days of this event. Thank you for everyone who waited patiently and respectfully! This year Choccy tokens can be obtained from a broader variety of activities compared to previous Easter events.. Demonic bunnies Demonic bunnies are roaming all over the deep wilderness! The demonic bunnies can only be damaged with Handeggs, which can be obtained for free from the piles of eggs at home Alternatively, they act as a cosmetic variant for rune knives in regular combat! You can choose between red, blue, or green for personal preference (no difference to damage, etc.) The bunnies will show up as a small easter egg icon in your minimap when they're nearby If you find a bunny stuck in a unreachable spot, simply right-click "Lure" them and they will teleport near your location! Easter revenants (Limited time PvP dungeon) How many of you remember SpawnPK's old revenant dungeon? For those that do, get ready to relive those moments! This limited time PvP dungeon can be accessed by climbing down the hole in the ground, located next to the Easter bunny at home Within the dungeon, you will find "Easter revenants" scattered and roaming around it Unlike Demonic bunnies, Easter revenants can be fought with any weapon or combat style of your choice There are multiple aspects of danger with this dungeon, which you will also be warned about in-game: The dungeon is level 25 wilderness and multi-combat You will receive magic sickness upon entering The yoshi pet will send loot to your inventory, rather than bank To exit you can follow the tunnel guided by the easter bunny (seen when you first enter) Additionally, there is a ladder on the other side of the dungeon that can be used if you've unlocked the Excavator blood perk. But beware, this escape does not work if you're tele-blocked. Easter dragon (World boss) Every four hours, the Easter dragon will spawn at one of the following wilderness locations Chaos temple (south of ::44s) Inside the Mage Arena Outside the Rogue's Castle Black chinchompa hill Even in single-zone combat multiple players can attack it, and still attack each other Every player who deals at least some damage to it will receive drops! Easter wilderness chest Easter loot chests will appear in a random spot of the wilderness every 2 hours An announcement will be made to the server when it spawns, indicating its wilderness level Each player who loots the chest will receive Magic sickness for 5 minutes! This chest can be looted by 5 players before it disappears and the timer resets (one loot per person) Easter eggs (Treasure) There are six different colored easter eggs which are obtained exclusively from the following: Demonic bunny drops Easter revenant drops Easter dragon drops You can crack them open for 5,000 choccy tokens, or collect all six (one of each) for a much greater reward! Collecting all six and turning them in to the Easter bunny will grant you: 100,000 choccy tokens An Easter halo OR an Easter icon (exclusively obtained via easter eggs) The Easter halo is slightly more common than the icon Easter eggs are all tradeable, so players who do not plan to collect them all may benefit from selling them to players Miscellaneous activities Alternatively, you can obtain tokens from the following: Player killing guarantees 25-55 tokens per kill Hotspot PKs guarantee 50-75 tokens per kill (this stacks with the 25-55 per kill) PK Tournaments will sometimes reward 1st player with 10,000 tokens Placing at least top 3 in an LMS match earns tokens! (amount depends on your rank) Easter Rewards This event includes a variety of new and exclusive limited time items to obtain! This is including, but not limited to... Demonic bunny pet Obtainable directly from the event chest This is considered to be the lesser of the two pets, and has an effect of increasing chances to receive Easter eggs Easter dyes This event's dyes work on the following items: PvP armor (vesta's, zuriel's, morrigan's, statius, vesta) Helm of neizinot Easter dyes are obtainable from the event chest, and from the Easter 2020 casket If you die with dyed PvP gear (and don't protect it), it will drop as regular PvP armor and the dye will be auto-kept Easter ele c'bow This weapon is obtainable from the Easter 2020 casket or as a very rare drop from the Easter dragon It is a functional one-handed Elemental crossbow, but has reduced ranged strength compared to the original two-handed c'bow Easter dragon pet This pet is obtainable from the Easter 2020 casket or as a very rare drop from the Easter dragon Pet effect: Increases your ranged equipment bonuses by +5% (including ranged strength) FUSION: Easter guardian pet For the first time ever, we're releasing a fusion with a debut pet. Who will be the first to obtain it? Fusion cost: 2x Easter dragon pets, 10x Ancient guardian pets, 100x Blood diamonds Pet effect: Combined effects of the fused pets, and hits have a 50% chance to bypass your opponent's damage soaking Bug Fixes and Gameplay Changes: Server-wide lag spikes We've recently detected confirmed one of the major causes for those big daily lag spikes that we have been getting A fix has been implement, and we will be monitoring to see how well of an improvement it makes for us This is an imperative finding, as we are seeing record high player counts. Albeit a good problem to have, this means higher sevrer load! Equipment changes Nightmare staff (eldritch) Improved the damage and accuracy of the special attack Blood gharazi rapier Stab attack increased from +121 to +170 Dragon hunter lance Increased damage dealt against dragons Cursed fighter hat & torso Attack stats raised from +10 to +13 Cursed fighter hat strength bonus raised from +3 to +5 Protection values Increased the protection value of Bryophyta's staff Decreased the protection value of certain dragon (g) pieces which were too high Fixed a bug with dragon thrownaxe special attack, which could potentially break attack speeds for all weapons Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

metal justin 36 Posted April 3, 2020 Pretty lovely update overall. Suggestion: Since you can recolor the nezzy helmet (normal) I thought it'd be a nice extra perk to recolor the neitiznot Faceguard as well? Just an idea of course but I feel like that one is used quite a bit more nowadays. Overall interesting update. Curious to see how the new pets/crossbow perform overall. shayeb 0 Posted April 4, 2020 Thank you for putting your time in this. BUT the event is annoying because everything that has to do with it in the wildy. Isn't the event suppose to be enjoyable? but sadly its not because everytime anyone tries to even step into the wildy to kill bunnies someone comes for him/her. its 50% chance getting out of there alive. And i have seen too many people getting annoyed about it. The only ones are goonna disagree with me are the ones who are hunting these players and the ones who are rich and just sitting their asses at home bragging about their items.
