      • Repairing an item costs 1 scroll per piece, regardless of the item's repair fee

      • You can use the scroll on any broken item to selectively it
        • Alternatively, you can speak with the repair dwarf at home & add scrolls to your coffer for auto-repairing!
      • Note: Scrolls in your coffer will automatically be used by default, and prioritize over gold or shard auto-repair if enabled

  • Duel KDR

  • Tormented bracelet (or)
    • Tormented bracelet (or) can now be obtained from the enchantment chest! (Tier II)

  • Raids (Chambers of Xeric)
    • Difficulty reward scale
      • We have drastically improved the +% bonus for the rare loot table when completing raids at higher difficulties
      • Rather than extra loot rolls for Expert+ raids, you will now receive 2x, 3x, or 4x (respectively) common loot quantities
    • Table improvements
      • Increased cash bag quantity for the common reward table
      • Merged the raid crystal with the raid item table, giving them the same rate/chance
      • Removed crest piece & 250x cash bags from the "rare" table, and replaced them with Mystery chests and Epic pet mystery boxes
    • Grandmaster raid difficulty now requires 500 completions instead of 1,000!

  • Wilderness (hotspot) casket improvements
    • Risking a master or cursed orb will now give you a 1/25 chance to receive blood caskets (rather than the standard 1/50 rate)
      • In conjunction with PoH hotspot orbs, you will have a 1/12.5 chance to receive a blood casket!
    • Overhauled the loot from blood caskets, making the rewards far more valuable than before!

  • Miscellaneous
    • Added a new "pet deposit" button to the bank interface (deposits your pet straight to the bank!)

Gameplay improvements:

  • Combat system
    • Improved the registration of player attacking and spellcasting to be more "on queue" with other actions
      • For example, this will allow you to land "1-tick barrages" easier than ever before!
    • The kharazi weaponry (barrelchest attachment) special attack now matches malevolent weaponry's accuracy bonus, giving it a fair bonus in relativity to their high value & rarity
    • Increased the accuracy of Infernal trident, while simultaneously giving it a damage reduction
    • Increased the attack speed of Wicked blade, while simultaneously giving it a damage reduction
    • Dinh's bulwark
      • Dinh's bulwark's soak effect has been reduced in PvP, and is further reduced if you're using protection prayers
      • Dinh's bulwark's effect will no longer soak magic damage
    • Dharok's set effect now has different damage caps at different ranges of hitpoints, rendering it less OP at low risk
    • Blood dark bow special attack has been buffed, but only in instances where you have higher-tier ranged gear
    • Saradomin strike now smites 1 prayer point per successful cast (imbued saradomin staff smites 5 prayer points per cast)
    • Dragon hunter lance now deals +20% damage against draconic monsters
    • The Death's accomplice blood perk effect has been improved
      • As many of you may already know, in most instances the original "killing blow" effect did not work as intended. This was mainly due to the fact that the killing blow was calculated on exp drop which gave your opponent time to heal before the hitsplat
      • In order to increase it's viability, this perk will now guarantee your max hit when activated
      • This change will more than likely produce the effect that was originally intended (killing blow) in most situations

  • Relic slayer helmet improvements
    • Relic slayer helmets have been given new passive abilities in order to raise their effectiveness!
    • Earth, magma, and frost slayer helmets now deal bonus monster damage to their respective combat style but also have reduced damage on their non-respective styles
      • For example, the earth slayer helmet deals +7.5% range damage on monsters (42.5% total) but -10% damage with magic & melee (25% total)
    • Blood slayer helmet deals now deals an +2.5% more damage on monsters for all combat styles (37.5% total)

  • Miscellaneous
    • The loadout system will now recognize variants of the enchanted god capes if the one in your loadout is not present in your bank
      • For example, if your loadout has an enchanted zamorak cape but you only have an enchanted guthix cape in your bank, it will acknowledge that and pull the guthix cape from your bank
    • Updated the item image icons for the loadout system
    • Removed the "remaining  in coffer" messages on death if you didn't have any repairable items
    • Ethereal items now break on death, and have a repair fee of 500,000,000 coins
    • Added a multi-combat zone north of the KBD entrance area

Bug fixes:

  • Combat fixes
    • Fixed an issue where smiting would apply on EXP drop (too early) rather than hitsplat for various weapons
    • Fixed an issue where the granite maul special attack could hit through melee protection prayers, among other damage soaks
    • Fixed the autocast functionality for guthix staff (i)
    • Fixed the verac's set effect rate from a 100% chance to 25% (as it was intended)
    • Fixed max hit & cap issues for the dragon longsword special attack
    • Fixed max hit & cap issues for the barrelchest/kharazi/malevolent weapon special attacks

  • Miscellaneous
    • Fixed an issue where your pet would not clone to your loadout until you picked it up and put it back down
    • Fixed an issue where the warning message for BH teletabbing to revenant caves didn't appear
    • Fixed an issue where equipping between different icons (well of goodwill cosmetic) did not change your character's appearence
    • Fixed the ability to send cash to your bank in the wilderness with coin/bag exchanges
    • Fixed improper max hit dummy readings for various weapons and special attacks
    • Fixed an issue where venom damage did not count for points in raids instances

This is awesome! Now all that’s left to do is buff the arma staff in line with it’s rarity by improving its accuracy. Then we’re golden!

Please roll back... This has made the perk worse, I used to able to hit 200+ on kraken when it activated and now I can only hit my max hit of 92!

How has this been improved?

This change was intended to fix PvP situations, we'll make sure to re-implement the old perk for PvM combat very soon!

Vigorous Hydra needs a buff for pvm, compared to vespula this pet is a joke. Don't think anyone will ever use it.

Is there a reason you're comparing these two to each other?

Simply because their bonus effect heals from damage dealt by lightning/venom, which seem quite similar. However, it takes over 2 minutes for the lightning to kick in just to hit a 1 damage. So then if you would compare them as a pvm pet the vigorous Hydra is quite useless. Even for pvp it just costs too much for the little benefit it gives and that's why I think no one will ever use it and it will become a collectors pet gathering dust in someone's bank.

Vespula as it is now was not how it was released(it was buffed over time). Vigorous Hydra can certainly use one but giving it a buff that goes along with it's effect is hard without people finding a way to abuse it. I had found a solution but it would easily be exploitable so we agreed on not adding the effect to it.

We're definitely open to any buffs the community has.
